  • During a visit to our client's location, we obtain a familiarity with its operations, and working with the client's staff we assist in developing a Job Benchmark to which we will compare candidates.  

  • Utilizing industry contacts and our candidate database we identify top-notch talent with backgrounds and experience matching that of the Job Benchmark. 

  • We obtain assessments of a candidate’s behaviors, motivations and competencies—which, when compared to the Job Benchmark, add objectivity to to the hiring decision.

  • We undertake employment screenings that include SSN Trace and resident counties, national criminal database, sec offender list searh, domestic terrorist watchlist and 7-year county criminal court search.

  • To provide insight into a canditate we undertake an extensive interview and provide our client with a written account of the candidate's experience, thoughts and activities.

  • We facilitate and assist in candidate interviews and job offers.
